2026-2027 Enrollment Information for

NEW FAMILIES

Team Success – A School of Excellence- strives to provide a safe, caring and rigorous learning environment for all students. We are a public charter/Title 1 school. There is no tuition and everyone in the community is welcome to apply for enrollment. Team Success aims to empower our students so that they develop the necessary tools to overcome obstacles. Through education and cooperative learning, we will guide our students to build strong academic foundations for success. New families are encouraged to fill out the “Intent to Enroll Form”, which is available online and in person at the main office throughout February 28, 2026.

Lottery-Based Enrollment

Team Success will enroll an eligible student who submits a timely application, unless the number of applications exceeds the capacity of the school, class, or grade level. Therefore, Team Success uses a school-wide lottery system. The “Intent to Enroll Form” of every new family will randomly be drawn from all submitted forms. By mid-March of 2026, the school registrar will contact the parents/guardians to confirm if their child is able to attend the school for the 2026-2027 school year. The registrar will provide the parents then with information about the next steps of the enrollment process. Parents will be required to meet with office staff in person to go over the mandatory enrollment documents. Students with disabilities and students served in English for Speakers of Other Languages programs have an equal opportunity of being selected for enrollment in our school. Please keep in mind that every newly enrolled ESE student will be subject to a review in collaboration with the School District of Manatee County to ensure that Team Success is able to meet the special educational needs as determined on the IEP.

More applicants than classroom seats available:

In the case of more applications than classroom seats available in a specific grade level, the student will be placed on a waiting list for the entire school year.

Controlled Open Enrollment

As a Florida Public Charter School, Team Success is required to adopt a CONTROLLED OPEN ENROLLMENT plan. Based on Section 1002.31, Florida Statutes, a parent from any school district in the state is allowed to enroll his or her student in and transport his and her student to any school that has not reached capacity. Student Capacity By Grade Level

For the 2026-2027 school year, Team Success has an overall student capacity of 1556 in grades KG-12, North and South campus combined. Please note that the building capacity for both campuses is higher. Therefore, student capacity at the North and South Campus will increase each school year until the building capacity is reached. Below is a table with the current student capacity in each grade which will be updated every 12 weeks. Please keep in mind that the actual enrollment during a 12-week period may fluctuate as students may withdraw or new students may apply. New families are invited to apply to enroll their student and have them placed on the waiting list if no seat is available due to student capacity. Follow the link INTENT TO ENROLL below.
